1.Who we are
VideoPreneur is a brand of Purple Dreams, run by Yuvraj Wadhwani and based in Indore, India ("we", "us"). You can reach us at yuvraj@yuvrajwadhwani.com.
2.The cohort
- The cohort runs as live online sessions on the schedule shown on the program page. If we ever need to move a session, we'll tell you in advance.
- Every session is recorded, and the recordings are yours to rewatch.
- Where we say "lifetime" access, for the recordings or the Discord community, it means for as long as we operate the program and the platform it runs on.
- Your seat is for you only. Please don't share session links, logins or recordings.
3.Refunds
Refunds are handled under our refund policy, published on the main site: https://yuvrajwadhwani.com/refund_returns/. Nothing on this page changes that policy.
4.No guarantee of income or results
Results shown are not typical and are not a guarantee of income or client outcomes. Your results depend on your own effort, skill, and market. Examples and testimonials are real, but they are not a promise that you'll get the same results.
5.Software bonuses (the Premiere extensions)
Some programs include our Premiere Pro extensions.
Free tools: some extensions also have a free version that anyone can download, such as the free Assembler. Free versions are free with no time limit and need no payment. They include only the basic features. The paid features (for example Assembler Pro) come with a program license.
For paid licenses included with a program:
- You get a 1-year license from the date it's issued, for your own personal use.
- The license works on up to 2 computers. It can't be transferred or shared, and we may revoke keys that are shared publicly.
- Updates released during that year are included.
- When the year ends, each tool reverts to its free version. Nothing you made with it is lost, and you can renew the license.
- The tools are provided "as is". We may change, improve or remove features over time.
- Some tools use your own API keys for third-party services, for example transcription. Any usage costs on those services are yours.
- AI control (Assembler Pro): when you switch on AI control and choose Full access, an AI tool you connect can perform any action in Adobe Premiere Pro, including deleting sequences and changing or removing project content. You are responsible for the actions taken through it; keep backups of your projects.
6.Problem reports and error data
When you use "Report a problem" or tick "send error reports automatically", we receive: what you typed (if anything), a short technical description of the error, the tool and its version, your operating system and its version, your Adobe Premiere Pro version, and — only if you already activated a licence key — an internal reference that lets us look up your account without ever receiving your licence key itself. We do not collect your file names, project names, folder paths, video or audio content, or transcripts; our software removes this kind of information automatically before anything is sent, and a "Report a problem" preview always shows you exactly what will be sent before you send it. We use this information only to diagnose and fix problems in the software, and to improve it. We do not sell this information or use it for advertising. You can turn off automatic error reporting at any time in Settings; using "Report a problem" is always your own choice. If you are in the European Union or the United Kingdom, this processing is based on our legitimate interest in keeping the software working correctly, and you may ask us to delete data linked to your account by emailing yuvraj@yuvrajwadhwani.com. If you are in India, this collection and its stated purpose are disclosed here as required under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, and the same email address can be used to request deletion of anything linked to your account.

7.Downloads and content
The Video Downloader is for content you own or have permission to use. You're responsible for respecting copyright and each platform's terms of service.
8.Bonuses and prices
Bonuses may change, or be replaced with something of equivalent value. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR).
9.Your data (privacy summary)
- We use your name, email and phone number to deliver the course and your licenses, and to send you updates, tips and event invitations.
- You can unsubscribe from our messages at any time.
- You can ask us to delete your data by emailing yuvraj@yuvrajwadhwani.com.

10.Community code of conduct
Be respectful and helpful. No harassment, spam, or sharing of paid material. We may remove access to the community or the program for anyone who abuses it.
11.Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts at Indore.
